R&S Kayne Foundation Los Angeles is committed to empowering individuals and communities in LA. We invest in the lives of Los Angeles residents by supporting opportunities to foster economic mobility and community well-being. Our approach to philanthropy centers on thoughtful stewardship for people to have the tools and resources needed to sow the seeds of positive transformation.

Kayne Opportunity Fund, an initiative of R&S Kayne LA, works to ensure youth thrive as a result of dedicated investment in pathways for advancement. Investments are focused on youth who are not in education, not employed, or in a training program (NEET). The fund aims to shift youth outcomes by increasing postsecondary participation, expanding career opportunities, and supporting community health.
